“WOULD
I BE GAY TODAY?” I wonder if my life would have been different were it not for a series of circumstances that took place early on? Had an older male family member not sexually molested me, would I be gay today? If I had not been an only child with an over-protective mother, would I be gay today? If my father had been less ‘pussy-whipped’, and more assertive, would I be gay today? Or, was I simply endowed from conception with a “gay” gene that predisposed me to be gay? I wonder……. Would you choose a lifestyle that often alienated you from your family, and made you an outcast in society? That made you the object of derision, persecution, prejudice, and scorn? The “Bible” say’s that homosexuals should be put to death for their ‘SIN’! Would you choose to be gay and live with the threat of being beaten to death by a mob of ‘good-old-boys’, simply because you were “different”? I doubt it. If a homosexual man is accused of molesting young boys, is he guiltier then a heterosexual man who molests young girls? Pederasty is a despicable act no matter what the sexual orientation. My point being; why is one more shameful then the other? If one gay man molests a young boy, does that make all gay men potential child molesters? If so, then if one ‘straight’ man was to molest a young girl, then wouldn’t that make all straight men potential child molesters? I suppose the argument would be that gay is ‘abnormal’, which would place it higher on the guilt-scale. Gay or straight, involving children in sexual acts is deplorable under any circumstances. I have lived as an active member of the ‘gay-community’ for more then half a century, so I can speak with some authority on gay issues. I am not alone when I say I abhor flamboyant gays…”screaming queens’ if you will. Every time some ‘Nellie-faggot’ swishes her butt around in public, the whole community suffers. Those of us, who are trying to blend in and be un-obtrusive to society as a whole, take great offense at these ‘queens’ who persist in embarrassing the gay community. If they must act like ‘limp-wrested-faggots’, do it in private around those who are accepting of their actions. There is a time and a place for everything ‘girls’! I don’t mean to sound judgmental, I merely wish to point out that gay’s would benefit much more by being a part of the “whole” community, and implementing less, “in-your-face” gayness. Be yourself, but at the same time, be aware of those around you, and how your actions may affect them. If you don’t show respect, then you are not likely to get it in return.
