We
Are the Chosen Galatians 3:26 – 4:7 As I see the state of Israel and the Muslims, I see killing. I wonder by what right they have convinced themselves it is OK to kill one of Gods’ creations? I love in this Scripture the simplicity of who are Gods chosen people. Galatians 3: 28 –29 states the supreme truth. We are all Gods’ people if we hold onto Christ. It does not say that He has separated the Jews from the rest of us; it does not say a Prophet will need to come after Jesus. Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice of love, forgiveness, and hope. For the people who have lived in darkness and uncertainty, they now have hope to find clarity and purpose. I love how it states that Jews and Women are equal. I like how it says as Workers and Employers we are equals. I like how it says that Men and Gentiles are equals. It even go so far as to state directly if you belong to Christ, then you are the descendants of Abraham and you will receive what God has promised. America has always been a great nation. She bears the scars of modernization. But had not the people who came to this land not been seeking religious freedom, would Christianity ever bloom into so many different flowers? As little plants, we strive to become fully grown in spiritual understanding and spiritual truth.
Being that Christmas is rounding
the corner, I like what the word says in Galatians 4:
4 but when the right time finally came, God sent his own son. To
imagine that God trusted his son is like knowing my own father trusted me to
grow up and become a good man. My
father taught me the ways of love; my father taught me the ways of business, my
father showed me true religion and spiritual maturity.
No longer was I bossed around by my emotions of conflict, uncertainty,
and dread. That Son had taken my
hand, and shook it. He said to me
the contract is “now” what I have said it is.
The contract that Jesus Christ said: there
is no greater truth than to lay down one’s life for his friends. And he went to the battlefield and stood high and mighty. Concentrating and taking our selfish lewdness and corruption, to nail him to the cross. Even though we are so filled with guilt and shame, and sometimes even feel cursed. Jesus Christ became a curse for us that we might have life. I celebrate the unity and equalization of the universe on Dec. 25th a day set aside for many other wounderus celebrations. I can think no other time to celebrate Jesus Christ, than on the winter solstice where death has finally gone, and spring is soon to come. I hope that you read the Scripture, and yes: I’m still plugging away that you make sure you have a Good News Bible! Have faith in me and pray for me that God will give me the wisdom and insight to continue to write these words for all of you who enjoy reading the way I see things. May this holiday season bring you closer to Jesus and closer to God. May you focus your attention on what this little baby would one day grow up to be. The savior of the universe. Our universe. All we have to do, is love one another. Love is what God requires, and when we die, our entire life will be laid before us and Jesus Christ will say: This is why I died for you? Or will Jesus Christ say: This is why I died for you. Thomas A. SUTOR P.O. Box 2343 Lompoc CA 93438 Rockhawk.com
