The
Powers That Be How
many of us good intentions Christian’s, live in a fantasy, of how deep evil
infiltrates our world? Even though
we walk the halls, profess our Faith, and truly believe that Jesus Christ is a
reality, there are those amongst us who are deceivers and “only say the words
in order to gain influence” amongst us. People’s
ultimate selfish behavior always consists in the controlling of another.
And even in the Church of Christ’ under any denominational name, there
are people in every Church who are there for power and prestige only.
Their agendas have nothing to do with the blood of Christ, yet they
freely participate in Holy Communion, while enjoying the fruits of their
deceitful labor. Politics
have found their way from time beginning into religions.
Christianity understands this and still demands proper behavior.
Sadly, people who do not believe in Christ are only fooling themselves.
It is where the sincere Christian~ who is allowed to see, because God
opens his or her eyes, that he and she realizes, positions of power’ will
always be dangerous. It is within the mind of a good man, who serves God, too
find a way to that position, and protect it from those who would abuse it.
As we learn people’s true motives for attending our church, we must
make sure the majority of the church maintains true believers. Otherwise,
the love that is offered is a lie. As
we see churches dying, we feel helpless. Our
gift of the Holy Spirit and talents means nothing if we will not change the
status quo. For these people only
focus on this life. Things of this
world always concern themselves with the happenings of posturing. The hereafter: It is not addressed as a reality, worthy of
doing right and proper conduct’. According- to false Christians. As long as
they hold the most powerful positions in the church, their pleasure with a title
of who they are, is a wickedness that will destroy the church. Proud that they
are considered special, they will not sacrifice control “even to allow the
church new growth.” In
many people’s eyes, it is sad that all these traditional churches are dying
from lack of attendance. I no
longer blame the outside world for not wanting to attend these churches’
anymore; there is no love, only control. The churches that thrive~ Hold the Spirit of God.
Surely there is at least fifty one percent true believers in those
churches’ if not more. Souls
holding onto an archaic social structure have damned themselves to a dying
cryptic church. Children of God
will attend the churches that have dancing, that have praising, that have true
concern, and considerate leaders. It
is to this alliance that my apostle died for~ preaching the word to the outcast,
