One Knows Why
I
must say that I have grave considerations about the tape with Bin Laden.
My main question is still why did they attack us?
I am a strong believer in cause and effect. We don’t lose so may lives
because somebody is a madman, we lost so many lives because Americans are not
allowed to see what really happens in the Middle East.
Even as I was watching C-SPAN 12/14/01 in the debriefing, reporters were
not allowed to ask any questions concerning Israel?
When China imposed its rule over Taiwan we were there willing to fight a
Superpower. When Israel imposes
rule over Palestinians, we look the other way.
Do
I have an American right to be upset? Or
am I being antipatriotic because I disagree with our policies?
The 1960s Americans stood up for what they believed in, in the year 2002
we prepare ourselves to surrender our constitutional rights because we are
unwilling to address the Middle East problem.
America must come first. Regardless
of whether you believe in God or not, most of us do not believe in killing
innocent people. Whoever did what
first no longer matters. What matters is that we can send in an international
committee to regulate how Israel and Palestine treat each other. Our hands are not tied with any other country why should it
be tied with this one?
America
the beautiful, America the Braves, America submits to no country but Americans.
We see an injustice going on in the Middle East yet none of our political
powers says Israel has anything to do with that.
I remember the elections and those Democratics and Republicans said we
are both behind Israel, no matter what. “No
matter what?” The international
community wants people to go into Israel and Palestine and monitor what really
goes on there. Why should America
be afraid of the truth? We’ve
gone to Somalia, we’ve gone to Iraq, we’ve gone to Afghanistan, and we’ve
allowed reporters in on both sides. Only
in Israel, there are no reporters allowed anymore.
Some
people think I’m Anti-Jewish, I am not. Many
Jews have a home here in America. They live side by side with Muslims,
Christians, Buddhists, and other religious factions.
It’s odd that the only terrorist attack against another religion
happened in L.A. 12/11/2001 where some Israelis tried to blow up an
Arab-American establishment? Americans
tolerate each other’s religion and beliefs.
Jews in America are Americans. Israelis
are Israelis, and they are not American. You
may write me hate mail if you think it’ll help.
I just want to know the truth. I
have no problem with international monitors going into Israel and reporting
exactly what they see.
