Nerve Massage

Ok this is long overdue! I am sorry for those looking into how this is done and having not written it sooner. It turns out that certain people have nerve damage that causes severe pain and physical limitations.

If you suffer from chronic pain, I need tell... YOU know more!!!

So, here is what I taught myself. I am now in my 4th year of severe neurological chronic pain. I was sitting in my place feeling totally angry about how this condition was paralyzing my arms and body. I decided if medical and therapies now in practice could offer no relief, then I was obligated to take charge of my condition! I was scared at first` thinking I might cause more pain or other troubles. Much to my good trusting instincts, I now have more mobility and control over the pain.

How did I get my severe pain in a better place? Nerve Massage! It is really the healing "power of touch". Your own touch. It is very important that you start out slowly with "the mild massage pinching" of skin area` where the pain is greatest. after you start, in a couple of weeks you will notice improvement in your neurological condition. This is my experience, and I invented this helpful treatment.

Remember, this is free, but you must do the work! Neuropathic Pain is difficult if left untreated...

Basically, I use my hands to massage my arms and break up anyplace that has become knotted by the restriction` caused by nerve damage on your muscles. Trust me, you will feel the substance under your skin break up in the muscles tissue! Take it slow and do a little each day until you can do the entire arms. This will increase your mobility! If you go to fast, you will overheat as this massage is stimulating the nerves and sending "massive pain singles" to the brain. So take your time, and in time: you will be able to do more.

I do my massage everyday, and I have moved to my legs and back, as best I can reach. It is quite painful when I discover a new untreated pain section on my body. Don't be alarmed if you bruise on the legs or back, I have never seen bruises happen on my arms. Once again take it slow and be gentle, this massage is to help' not test your strength. Sheesh! Ok now think about this... If you are going paralytic because of your nerve damage, there is no time to waste! My mobility has improved 70% and the pain has lessened 20%. Not much you say? Think again. With Chronic pain, any lessoning of the pain sensations is  a benefit to thinking and physical activity.

I hope you understand the massage concept, You might have been doing it unconscious every time you have rubbed your painful wrist or shoulders. you must "refine" that into a routine that allows you to do it with effort and commitment. I have even written this piece with my improved ability " on a Computer Keyboard". Remember, if you do not stimulate your nerves in a healthy way, you will go paralytic!

Those who truly suffer~ know doing nothing is like signing away your freedoms to a  good life` even though you life is severe pain. I want to live and enjoy life while I can. I do not plan to let pain make me a complaining, feeling sorry, and resentful person. Your pain is your responsibility. Not your family, friends, or the government. Get responsible and do this Nerve massage on a religious basis, and let "your instincts" (guide you in) do it for 30mins day' on affected areas.

Good luck with your pain, and smile it make you feel better! Sorry, I know not what to do about the dark circles under your eyes, I think that is one of the main symptoms of chronic pain on your body. But a smile still looks nice even on tired and weary eyes....

"I know" Therefore, I have decided to take care of myself and my pain, so should you!
