Into the future
It is not the place or time, it is the feeling. A feeling to drive our souls to higher callings and selfish ambition! We are subjugated to fantasies, we are not deprived of love, yet we are without our full potential. Therefore, I will not sit by and cry for the days gone by. Today is just as important to my future as any day will be. There might come trials and misunderstandings throughout our relationships, but we must not hold on too tightly to those who want freedom to be themselves. We must give them the room they need to grow and find their way. We shall send good thoughts and helpful decision making in their time of need. We will not belittle how much they mean to us, nor will we reduce our love one iota! Some people find friendship and enjoy its common ground. Some people fall deeply in love and work together for a future and still others never find any lasting friendship or lover, and they are the bewildered one. Questioning why things do not go their way, they forcefully deny all emotional contact and embrace a self solitude filled with no lose end feelings. How can one find love if the one they love does not love them? They can not unless they open themselves up to new opportunity and are willing not to harden their heart. My heart spoke to love and sought reflection. I needed to know I was wanted. For in being there for someone else makes me feel useful and grateful. It is those kind words of appreciation that guide my mind not to take this world so seriously. I have dried up inflections about who you are, and I take those ideas and file them away into experience. Maybe you would move ahead and find another whilst we remained friends, but I can only make a fresh start knowing I am not holding onto ill gotten hope. It is those who can let the tender sight of God reveal their intentions that wait patently for the right one. One who opens up with arms and words and actions. There are no misleading attempts at denying our clever closeness built on intimate conversations when times seemed unforgiving. To speak my thoughts and be heard is this not what we seek? Considering the short lifespan given to the human person, one would do well not to live in a half truth. One must feel they are connected and accepted for all their worth. In doing so two become one, and we find life to be a much happier place. Had I to only keep myself in check day after day` that would be unbearable. I need the freedom to express my desires as do you. We will find time to figure this whole mess out in another life. This life demands decisions and planning. As we will grow older, and the only way to feel secure in doing so comes from unwavering commitment to shared commission of character. This life is not meant to hold us back; it is defined by our motives and our secret agendas. Take it to your conscience why you let love go.
