How often do I see people who proclaim the message of Christ use only a single verse? From a single chapter? It seems these ministers are so self-righteous! That they boldly claim they can actually decipher and interpret the Bibles true meaning from fragments of verses? If you read Galatians, there’s no need for interpreters. Our life is based on faith and faith alone. How often I find myself angry, resentful, and frustrated because of my lack of self-control. I wanted a God to heal me of all my sickness, give me the woman of my dreams, and make me richer than anybody else on the planet. Why’ I would demand myself circumcised~ if I could attain such things as these.
What I like about this book is how Paul shows very blatantly that Abraham won God’s approval by faith. It is people, ministers, and churches of the faith that exceed the message and conform their most damaging hatred to Christianity. Their hypocrisy, their lack of understanding, their willingness to judge and condemn the simplest of things in life. “Once again”, there is a church that burns the Harry Potter books. The very books that have motivated our children to read, Children learning. What does this church believe? Can a church not tell the difference between fictional writing and reality? Does the church actually believe that witches, warlocks, and sorcerers actually have power in this day and age? Is their faith so weak… that they cannot discern that reading helps one to learn?
Once again we see a Minister proclaiming his own hate of God. The Minister of the church actually believes that reading is dangerous. I have been reading the Bible for 19 years now. I understand that Jesus Christ demands us to become like his children to receive the kingdom of heaven. When the church decides to destroy children’s books, which stimulate the imagination, in reality the church is not in love with the children of God, but punishing dictators of the Ten Commandments. So many churches seem to forget that all the laws of Moses are now nil and void. The book of Galatians tells it to us so well. What matters, is our actions. Are we helping to embrace the future? Are not our children smart enough to know the difference between fantasy and reality?
Guess I’m having an angry day. I am angry, that so many people proclaiming to be Christians~ have hate. People who hate have no part of the kingdom. People who hate anything except what is truly evil are stupid. That person cannot tell the difference between a well-written fantastic children motivated book, and the true nature of evil. Then they will never really understand why God does not allow them into the kingdom when they die. Christianity is about embracing societies good values to bring about a unified world. Fantasy does not hinder our imagination! of the miracles we have read in the Bible. Nor should it hinder us from enjoying a well-written children’s book.
