He gets close to me…
Some times we forget who we are; we go searching for ideas to define us when all we really want is a moment of solitary peace! Not everyday can be handled without shame or remorse, we are human and pine over our sins. Do we understand our position in this world? Are our thoughts ready to move mountains? This we can all agree is our final destination; we wish to be close to those we love.
Fearless in the anticipation of a kiss, we beg and burn to know another. Rarely in any life does one get to be flawlessly honest in his life. We make commitments, we arrange engagements, and we find love in life and friends and family. Regardless of our over sensitive emotions, we do understand the feeling of hurt.
If I opened my mind to you, would you guide me into a better tomorrow? I can not face this life alone, nor will any one of us. We need each other, we define our morals and find balance with ethics, and we share in touch and feel and sensations. This forever feeling that we spend a life time trying to create does not lead nowhere.
Many times I think about who I am and when will I be totally me? Am I allowed to question my belief, or must I follow it obediently? Only I can answer this question in my heart and in my prayers. It is the only reason to pray. For our lives are not guaranteed, and the ones we love will not stay forever. It is for this that I turn to myself in moments of enlightenment!
