Finding focus in disillusionment!

Let it be known that not every day is going to be easy, nor are you going to be mentally able to deal with all situations presented before you. Therefore, when all items seem displaced and you have lost your way, do not look to the church, do not look to the bars and drug groups, instead, listen to your heart and the rhythm of the beat. Slow down your worries and fears about this or that. Remember that each time your heart beats, you are staying alive. Maybe life is not great, yet compared to other places; do you not have it pretty good?

If you are honest with yourself, you will learn to earn your way through life. Regardless of the times when money seems short, and finance presents no golden moments. Determine your mind to reach out and define what you want. Spiritual enlightenment comes from self talk. When I talk to myself, I am informing my soul about this day. Sadly at times, my soul cares no more about the day than do I. It is in those moments that we question our existence of the unavoidable next day.

I have smiled and been at peace… I know that this happens to me. However, sometimes I think only about what is not right! I can not get my mind out of this rut; my friends can not get me out of this rut, so there must be some lesson in a person being in a rut. I believe it is to trust. Trust how you will face the next day. Be open to opportunity and people who can help you. Do not hold yourself in a cocoon. WE are made to interact with eachother. Even on days when we would prefer solitude, we do not always have that option.

Yet, we walk out the door and face the day. We meet with people and discuss difficult situations` practicing and learning new ways to solve complicated problems. I do not like it when I am sad, confused, or angry. I know there is a better way to live. So.., it comes down to my self. What will I do to make my life better in the now, and the tomorrow? Without a doubt, I will have faith. It is agreeable to allow ourselves the right to float above our own pity. When days are tired, and my mind is worn. I stand not alone; moreover, it will pass and good days will return.
