Check Mate Borders
It is not our borders with Canada; it is not our
borders with Mexico. It is our
borders in the Middle East that need to be enforced. It does not matter what
nationality a person is that comes to our country.
What matters is why? After
Sept. 11 we’ve been so beholden with Afghanistan that the public of America
continues to disregard what is happening in the “Middle East”.
Is that our Christian nationality?
Do we hold religions so high that we believe “one” certain version is
more important than our constitutional rights?
Americans have traveled abroad, and we have
stayed here. Nationalist of other
countries have their own agendas and one of their main components is to sabotage
the Constitution of the United States of America.
There is no need to hide from terrorists, be in fear of terrorists, and
be on national alerts from terrorists.
There has to be a reason why terrorists have attacked us.
In all our rush to find the terrorists- how come no one has asked, “what
do they want?” Is it not the
American ideal to hear both sides of the story?
Three months later and I am no closer to understanding why we were
attacked? What were the motives?
What can we do to prevent it in the future?
Why must I lose my constitutional freedoms because another country is
doing something disrespectful?
We have had no cause to be afraid of Canada or
Mexico. There is no need to think
these quarters are any less safe.
The terrorists come from a country that sells us a commodity.
A commodity that for years we know needs to be replaced.
Many Americans have strived to produce an alternative vehicle of
transportation. Is driving a car so
important? That you have to only
use oil in it? I think not. I think
the reason for the ability to crack down on People’s in America is to prevent
this very type of letter. We as
Americans should not know that there is an alternative way to live.
That we are not wholly and souly' dependent upon fossil fuels and that
the Middle East can be dealt with quite differently than the way we deal with it
today.
I consider losing 4000 souls to 6000 souls a
grave injustice. I consider it an
insult to their memory not to discover why they were killed. Not one person on Capitol Hill has shown me, proved, or given
good reason of why the attacks happened or how to resolve them from happening in
the future. I am unwilling to
surrender the fourth amendment in the Constitution; I am hoping you feel the
same. It is the educated people of America who must consider the whole community
and what consequences will happen if we begin to act like another country to
deal with our problems. We all know
somewhere deep in our hearts the reason for the attacks, yet we are two cowardly
to address it. This is the land of the brave, let us have courage and ask our
government now 90 days later- Too show us the evidence.
A concern citizen of American birth.
